DJ Firefly
Hi! I’m Firefly, host of The Front Porch. One of my dream jobs as a child was to be a radio show host, so I’m truly living my dream with KZAX. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, but have called the Pacific Northwest my home for over a decade. I love animals, spending time outdoors, attending folk music festivals, and painting. Thank you so much for supporting community radio; playing my favorite folk, bluegrass, and country songs every Monday for you all is always the highlight of my week!
DJ Lychee
DJ Lychee (Neya) has been a part of KZAX since November 2022. Their show "Mega Mix Power Hourz" is an eclectic mix of their fav music, ranging from emo to dance to metal to electronic and everything that falls in between. The shows are centered around a theme, not always limited by genre. They have so much fun making their shows they often are singing and dancing in the studio; tune in to join the fun! DJ Zay
I’m Zay, host of The Bargain Bin, a show that was born from a passion for lost and forgotten music and a growing collection of used and found CDs. Tune in on Mondays from 8 to 9pm PT for some old familiar favorites and lesser heard gems.
BF Knowhere
BF Knowhere spins funk vinyl on Knowhereland every Friday from 7-9 p.m., as well as DJing live all over Bellingham. His catalogue ranges from dance cuts from the 1950s, classic funk from the 60s and 70s, disco, jazz, electro and old-school hip hop. Every blue moon, Knowhereland pays tribute to Pacific Northwest Hip Hop and hosts other local DJs, MCs and producers.

Mack & Tim
We’ve been hosting Mack & Tim’s Kitchen since January 2023. Our love was built on a mutual appreciation for music. We shared playlists back and forth as long-distance lovers until we could live in the same city, become your local DJ’s, and create playlists together to share with you, our community. We fiendishly frequent live music, research artist’s backstories, and monitor tour dates and fresh album releases. We continue to fall in love through music, and we hope you’ll fall in love with our 100% organic tunes. Catch us flirtin', cookin’, and dishin' out delicious auditory treats every Wednesday night from 7:00pm - 9:00 pm. Get hungy.
DJ MOYLATOID
I’m MOYLATOID, My first show at KZAX was in March of 2023. It has been a blast creating playlists every week since then. Getting to incorporate the music collected over the years into weekly shows is more enjoyable than I imagined.

Mike Nardone
Originally from Monterey, California, Mike Nardone spent the last 35 years in Los Angeles working in the entertainment industry. His love for music carried over into his professional life working for various record labels, producing music, and hosting the longest running hip hop show in Los Angeles, We Came from Beyond. Since moving to Bellingham in 2020, Mike works as a project manager for a production company, and hosts Essentials with Mike Nardone weekly on KZAX 94.9 FM. In his spare time, Mike enjoys bringing people together through a shared love of music and food, spending time with his family, and of course shopping for vinyl. He’s has never seen a stack of records he didn’t dig through.
